Funeral arrangements will be announced. Mr. Ramsey was a member of Second Baptist Church and a graduate of Aiken High School, Class of 1971. Survivors include his wife, Kathy Primus-Ramsey, Aiken; two daughters, Angela (Lou) Moses, North Augusta & Nola Grant, Aiken; four sons, Keith (Carrie) Ramsey, Columbia, Bradley Allen, Japan, Nolan K. Grant, Aiken, & Victory Grant, Westbury, NY: mother, Ruth Ramsey, Aiken; four sisters, Sally Martin, Clearwater, Estella R. Williams, Augusta, Jean (William) Pope, Schertz, TX, & Mildred (Greg) Aiken, Columbia; one brother, Albert (Mary) Smith, Florence, SC; 4 Grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
