Donna Lynn Robinson

 

Mrs. Donna Lynn Robinson Sharpe, 52, of Aiken, died Sunday, July 9, 2006, at her residence. Funeral services will be private.

Mrs. Sharpe was born in Aiken to Betty Black Robinson of Aiken and the late Lawrence Edward “Roby”  Robinson.

She worked at First Lady Beauty Shop as a nail technician.  She was a past president of the Aiken County  Shrine Club Ladies of the Nobles, a member of  the Arabi Temple No. 141 Daughters of the Nile, the American Women’s Bowling Association, and was a graduate of  the Pages University  School of   Cosmetology.   She was also a member of Millbrook Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved husband, Walter Coy Sharpe;  two daughters,  Jeana (Rande) Gregg of Graniteville, Kacie Sharpe of  Warrenville;  a  son,  SSG.  Brent (Stephanie) Sharpe of Tampa, Fla.; five grandchildren, Sommer Franklin, Taylor Gregg, Trevor Sharpe, Aubre Boehnke   and Jeslyn Boehnke; and two sisters, Vicky Redfern and Jeannie (Tony) Cato, both of Aiken.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.   950 West Farris  Road, Greenville, SC 29605.

The  family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. this  evening  at Shellhouse  Funeral  Home,  Inc., 924 Hayne Ave., Aiken.
