Kay Worley Collins, 63 of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Kay was born in Aiken, South Carolina and worked as an architect. She is survived by her husband Steve Collins.
Graveside Services will be held 11:30 AM Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
